I'm looking for some friends to motivate me. I've done nothing but slowly gain weight in the last 3 years and it needs to end. I'm looking to get down to a healthy fit weight and size by my 25th birthday. I'd really like some people to help me out giving tips and some inspiration . Im looking at a good 40lbs to get rid of.

I have 40 lbs to lose too. It comes off so much easier in your 20's! Try keeping a food journel (here) of everything you really do eat including alcohol. I bet it is more than you think.....It is a lot easier to start triming back once you see all the calories you've been wasting.0
