I used apple pie filling that was sugar free.

APPLE ANGEL DUMP CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

1 CAN APPLE PIE FILLING
1 BOX ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIX (DRY)
SUGAR
CINNAMON
CARAMEL (OPT)

DIRECTIONS:

MIX THE DRY ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIX WITH THE APPLE PIE FILLING, POUR INTO A GREASED 9X13 CAKE PAN, SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON AND SUGAR.
BAKE AT 350@ FOR 20-30 MINUTES.
DO NOT OVER BAKE, CAKE IS DONE WHEN BROWNED ON TOP BUT NOT COMPLETELY SET.
( IF USING A GLASS PAN BAKE AT 325@)

REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SERVE WITH A DOLLOP OF COOL WHIP.
ALSO GREAT WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM AND CARAMEL.

    We also have made with this a can of crushed pineapple instead of the apples. Both are very good.

    I know this was about angel food cake with apple but when I read the title I immediately pictured an angel taking a number two on an apple fritter and looking angry.... I'm immature but meh
