Had a great spin class, and got a compliment

Well it was my usualy Sunday spin, the most intense class of the week, at our gym we see a lot of the same people all the time in various classes, well after the class I got talking to one of the other regulars and she asked "Have you lost a lot of weight" I was like whoa and yeah. It was great to get the compliment and be able to tell people my story on how I did it. There was also a "new girl" who was next to me in the class and talked to her and told her about this site and she thanked me for helping her get through the class.
Its nice to see my hard work starting to pay off.

It really is, I try to tell everyone what I am doing hoping it will inspire them to keep doing what they are doing. I found pics form my vacation for my 30th birthday I dont even look like the same person
