Eating too much, or too little?

December 2011
I went from 185 to 167 just dieting.
Then to fit into a prom dress, started working out.
After working out I got stuck at 162. (March 2012)
I quit working out due to work, I was a life guard so being in the heat every day all I would really eat was watermelon, I got down to 144 without trying. After summer was over I shot up to 157. I started working out again, and was stayed stuck at 157. (September 2012)

I quit working out due to moving and shot up to 162. (June 2013)

(Now) I started working out again, and I'm stuck at 154.5.
I go to the gym 5 days a week.
I have a heart rate monitor and I burn 700 during my workout.

I start off running 2.25 miles (no breaks)
2.5 on the elliptical.
7 intervals on the rowing machine (1:40v, :20r)
Then 10 minutes on the stair stepper.
I turn my HRM off. And lift for 10-15 minutes (usually just legs)

Had been Running 5 miles no stopping.
Which takes about 53 minutes (I'm not the fastest out there. Lol)
But started to get burnt out on it.

Its very discouraging to not see the scale move.
I'm wanting to get back down to 144.
I tried hydroxycut Max for women, it makes me not hungry at all so I have to make myself eat.
I've been on it 3 days, and I went up tot 157.5!

Why am I not loosing?
Am I eating too much?
Eating to little?
I eat a lot of chicken, veggies, oatmeal, yogurt, herbal life shakes, weakness for peanut butter.
How do I get passed the hump of 154.5?
Quit the pills, keep using them just eat more with them?

There's a lot of information here, but you seem to be missing the biggest part: How many calories are you eating? Are you accurately logging? Do you weigh your food with a scale?

No clue if you're eating too much or too little because we don't know how much you're eating. If you make your diary public it would be much easier to offer advice.

You can go crazy in the gym and your workouts can be insane.. but if you don't eat correctly you don't go anywhere.. That would probably account for your huge swings in weight.. so how much are you eating?
