Why are you wanting more protein than you can use?.....
Speaking for myself, not the OP... My LBM is about 109 (I weight 135)
My protein goal is 120-140 daily. I have found that a higher protein diet helps with my migraines and my hypoglycemia.
Some people do need/use more than their LMB amount of protein.0 -
Update: made coffee this morning by mixing heavy cream, some cold coffee, and vanilla with the protein powder and THEN added the hot coffee. 100% delicious.
