good afternoon everybody,im andy and new to the forum.......on 31st may this year i looked in the mirror and realised things had to change...i am 36, 5 ft 8 and i was 19st 4 and didnt like what i seen...overnight i transformed my eating habits and discipline,reducing my daily calorie intake to approx 1400-1500 calories a day,couple this with a new more physical job and the weight has fallen off me so to say and today i am 15st 2....i am very proud of my achievements but realise there is still a long way to go.
for me now it is about getting fit....i am ex-forces and am really disapointed how i let myself go after leaving 14 years ago.....so my fitness program commenced...i am finding it hard as when i was in the army i did the exercise i was told to do...now i have to think for my self......i have started running,just 3 milers to start with and twice a week i am swimming aswell as slightly physical job....so thats me..

i have a few questions but i will put them in the relevant areas.
