Had the app since March of this year, but just getting around to using it. Seems like a useful tool for much needed weight loss. Currently following Weight Watchers Online plan, but really interested in the Chris Powell Carb Cycling program. Had good results in the past with Adkins and South Beach, but have not been able to sustain the losses. Also, started training for half marathon today as motivation to get my exercise in each day.
