Buddies in Cheltenham/Glos

New to MFP, trimming those edges and looking to keep pushing myself further, keep reducing my body fat, and of course focus on what I eat, continuing with HIIT training 2/3 times a week and strength training 2/3 times a week with 2 days dedicated rest.

Currently lost 6 kilo in 6 weeks (3.5 Kilo Fat, and 2.5 LBM) and now looking at the strength phase. Looking for support and motivation from other members in the Chelt/Glos areas, to share stories, success and to drive each other on to achieve success.
