Sushi Calories? Accurate?

I struggle with determining how many calories are in a sushi roll, per the ingredients. Anyone ever come across a good website with calorie info?

I do use the MFP database but I just want to cover my bases.

TIA

It can be time consuming to log special rolls because they differ from restaurant to restaurant. But I find the regular rolls to be accurate.

Spicy tuna roll = 290 cals

Nigiri (almost all fish) = 100 cals for 2pc

Cucumber maki roll = 150 cals

I'll usually just pick the base of the special roll, then add items that come on top like 1/4 of an avocado, tuna sashimi, spicy tuna tar tar ect.

Sushi can be hard, if you're ordering the fancy rolls. I think the calorie count for more basic rolls like spicy tuna, salmon avocado, etc are pretty accurate. If you're talking about the fancy rolls with lots of fried stuff and cheese, its going to be hard to find them since restaurants differ with these.

I know calorieking.com has a lot of restaurants and foods on there, but I haven't used it specifically for sushi. I usually compare different entries and get like a rough estimate. If I think my roll had more calories, I use the quick added calories or add the particular food like someone else said with the avocado or w.e.
