Thighs, Tums and Bums

Hi all,

I'm considering joining my sister at a thighs, tums and bums class on a Wednesday night. We currently do a boxercise class on a Thursday night.

Can someone give me an idea of what these classes involve? I'm currently 236lbs and pretty unfit, I manage to get through an hour of boxercise, but I struggle towards the end of the sit up/crunches section and my legs hurt for a day or two afterwards. What's the 'hardest' thing involved in thighs, tums and bums?

For me, at boxercise its burpees, I cannot do these (yet!!) so when it's burpees time, I do squats.

I just don't want to sign up to the class if I'm not going to be able to last for it.
