1st day

Today is my 1st day doin this program. I have hypothyroidism and have to take 125mg synthroid. My b12 is also extremely low. It is very hard for me to get motivated to workout or even function on a daily basis due to the b12 deficiency. My best friend previously had a personal trainer and we are beginning a new workout regamine this week. I think she is trying to kill me lol. I am looking to lose about 40 lbs. I lost 50 lbs last april when i found out about my thyroid problems and started my meds and have been stationary since. I havent been counting calories since around july of last year but plan on doing so tomorrow. Today wasnt such a good day with that. Hopefully i will see my goal soon :)

    :smile: Hi... I started back last week and every day I have been trying to do alittle more. Take it one day at a time.
