Where has my hunger gone?

I experience 2-3 weeks a month when my hunger just dies. A week before TOM I experience normal sweet and carb cravings. But in the weeks before, I have to force feed myself on the hour to make the bare minimum net calorie requirements.

I have lost 50 pounds in last one year and 16% body fat. I workoit 6 days a week. Combination of cardio and weights.

Anyone else experience this ebb of hunger?

    I would say it's the working out, I find my hunger is less when I'm working out. However, as long as you are fueling your body properly there is no need for concern.
