Help with my body fat analyser

I got an electric body fat analyser, but I am really confused at the results.

I had a scales one but it didn't work unless your feet were really well moisturised (read:a bit wet as I have dry cracked feet) and I thought a handheld one would be better

I got a handheld electrical resistance body fat analyser.
It says I am 30% fat (my scales say I am 35%)
50% water (always says this even when I feel dehydrated like first thing in morning)
66% muscle (laughable I have no muscles that I can see or feel anywhere)

This adds up to more than 100%, is it meant to?
Do you think it is broken, I got it second hand on ebay but it was still in its box and sealed...It is the same as this one (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Lloyds-Pharmacy-Hand-Held-Body-Composition-Monitor-Water-Fat-Mass-Index-/200959804210?_trksid=p2054897.l4275)

I don't like the idea of callipers because my fat is very localised in the form of huge boobs(haha) between my waist and hips(belly pouch thing), so measuring other areas then looking at a chart doesn't seem to make any sense?
