success but no pics

I started monitoring what I was eating and upped my exercise level on 31st May. ..I was 19st 2 and this week I crashed through the 4 stone barrier. ..I have lost 4 stone and tbh found it really easy to do.....just being disciplined and more exercise. ...I am still wanting to lose2 more stone but more importantly I want to get fit. .....since I have started running my weight loss has slowed right down.....but im going to carry on training and hopefully the last 2 stone will drop off...eventually.

    Initially when I started running the weight dropped off but I'm getting to a point where I'm sticking. My plan is to start lifting but keep some cardio to keep my heart healthy.

    I have 5kg to hit my initial goal weight but I want to lose more inches and I think lifting will do that.

    Your weight loss will inevitably slow down when you don't have as much to lose.
