Hi, I'm Demi. I'm fairly new to the southern California are and due to everyday stressors, I irresponsibly chose food to be my faithful comforter. I know, I cringe at the thought of it. I've never tried any weight loss programs but I have decided to put my health back into priority. I would like to loose 20-25 pounds by changing my bad habits of fast food and wine. Hopefully I can meet others who are in the same struggle as I am. We can motivate each other with sharing tips and swapping recipes. Good luck to everyone!
