Hi! I started MFP almost 2 months ago. I have been on target with logging in/reaching my goals and working out. I love the gym now. I have PCOS and it makes it hard to lose the weight. I am working with my doctor in trying to get the weight off the good old fashioned way. ELMM. (Eat less, move more.)
I know I shouldn't be discouraged by 16 pounds in 2 months but I have seen some people on here make some serious drops in the beginning. In fact, I am not discouraged, just wondering how they do it!!!! :-)
I decided to finally participate in the forums.
Thanks for the support already given by just reading other peoples experiences.

16lbs in 2 months is awesome! Anything more than that is often just water weight. Enjoy the forums, there are some informative posts here and some inspiring success stories.
