Half Marathon Training App

I am finishing the 10K Trainer App within this next week. I did C25K before that. I really like these apps my 5K time has gone from 40:10 11 months ago to 33:18 10 days ago. For Week 13 Day 1 which is 60 min running I did 4.5 miles which included going uphill, downhill was walking after the 60 minutes.

I am running a 5 Mile or 8K this weekend on my 47th Birthday and plan on doing my first 10K on Thanksgiving Day.

I want to continuing my training in the same way for longer times in hopes of working up to being able to do a Half Marathon.
My issue is The Half Marathon App for Pink is not Free.
So should I:
A. Actually Pay for an App?
B. Try a different company App?
If this option I do not want/need GPS I have a Garmin GPS HRM Watch and do not want to use data on my phone.
So suggestions on an App.
C. Back up and Redo the last few weeks of 10K Trainer since I am not doing 10 minute miles yet?
D. Just Do It Without and add time and speed myself each time. But I am lazy and being told what I need to do is good.
