My OCD food connection

If only I could leave that last biscuit in the packet.
If only I could eat an uneven number from a full packet.
If only I didn't have to count out all the coloured sweeties from the tin - put them back in number groups and consume the oddities quickly before allowing anyone to eat the neat groups.

I'm sure it was connected to my binging in a big way.

Well I got help using a cognitive behavioural therapy workbook and I'm still recovering but I'm back in control.

If you are suffering with OCD related food problems I'm happy to support/talk about it on MFP, but recommend you do some research and find a way to work on it either with a book or therapist too.

    CBT is very helpful for anxiety related disorders. Glad you found it.


    But what about that last yellow M&M?
