I had some quiche today while I was visiting family... and I don't know how many calories to log it as! All I know is that they got it from the deli cooler at Fred Meyers and it was ham and cheese... does anybody have a good guesstamite on how to many calories I could count?

Because of the eggs and ham and crust, I would say at least 300 calories per slice up to even 500 if it is the buttery, flaky, cheesy, and oh-so-yummy kind0

Yum now I want quiche! Thanks a lot! :grumble: haha0 -
Yeah, I would agree. It's similar to pizza which is around 250-350 calories per slice, but then if you have that crust going for you and it's that lovely flakey stuff, probably around 500. I want some!0
