Every time I try to start eating healthier, I tend to fail. I know that sentence is negative, but its true. And what Ive realized this time around is that the negative thinking is the reason I failed. Well one of the reasons anyway. Im 24, all of my friends are getting married and having babies and Im stuffing my face with whatever I can get my hands on. Last week I decided to take over my life, no matter how far I have to go. No matter how much I want to give up, No matter how much I hate exercising...Im going to do this. Because I deserve a beautiful life. Ok, that's all I wanted to share :) Add me please, I would love to support and be supportive :)
