What is the correct way to NET?

Options
On MFP are you suppose to eat to your boarder of the net? Or go into the Net? (I realize never over net). But which is the best for weight loss? In net or boarder?

    I'm not sure I follow.

    Net = calories eaten - calories burned in exercise. Your net should be as close to your daily goal as possible.

    So if your goal is 1500, and you exercise and burn 300, you should be eating 1800 calories. Your net would be 1800 - 500 to give you a net of 1500.

    try asking again in a different way, the English isn't great. At its simplest you should hit the target, but 100 calories either side is irrelevant on a particular day.

    Thank you I just re-posted about this and made a graph. Someone should understand what I'm asking? I try not to ask questions and just figure it out for myself.
