Im 24, 5'2, female, and 118/119 pounds. I want to lose as much as I can while still being considered healthy according to health professionals- I will still need to pass physicals for my work. From BMI charts it says I would become unhealthy at 101 pounds (bmi of just under 18.5) so I've decided on 105 for my goal weight. I'd love the support of similar minded friends! I think support is really necessary for me to achieve and maintain this. I'd especially love female friends in their 20s and 30s!
