Hi guys! I am having a bit of a struggle with my weight loss ...I seem to lose a little and then gain a lot over time, and it is just stressing me out. I really could use some motivation to lose all the weight, to finally do what I know I can do. I currently weight 250, and my lowest was 220, and I just really want to reach 200 by summer. I know I can do this.
