has anybody ever tried this? if so, can you tell me if you liked it?

    Never heard of it, but I would assume it is a waste of money. There is nothing to cleanse out of your body, other than poop. If you want to clear out your intestinal tract then take a 255 gram bottle of Miralax and mix it with 1/2 gallon of G2 gatorade. Drink an 8 ounce glass every 15 minutes. This is one of the cleaning procedures before you get a colonoscopy. But, there is no need to do something like that unless you are having a procedure done.

    Also, make sure you take some acidophollus or other pro biotic to put the good bacteria back into your system.
