GIve this a try!! It promises to leave you sweaty and totally worked. Oh and if you don't run at that speed, then take it down a few notches. Go at your fastest speed for the 8mph then go down from there.
Warm up:
4, 5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5 mph each for 30 sec.
8mph for 1 min
6mph for 30 sec
8mph for 1 min
6mph for 30 sec
8mph for 1 min
REST for 30 sec
Repeat this sequence 3x

I typically do a similar routine except I accomplish this in a fasted state at around the 20 hr mark. Workout range is usually the 8-9 mph 4 on incline with a 3 mph walk. 1min on 1min off for 20 min. a really goood workout though.0

INCLINES! Yes I always forget about them. I will add them in next time.0

I think I must have very short legs! I think running at 6 mph is fast, I can't even imagine running at 8 mph, even if it is only for 1 minute.0
