What happens if I go overboard with Sugars or fat?

So hey guys I just went a bit overboard with Sugars but my overall calorie net is still minus so I needed to eat even more.
Now my question is, in this case what happens to the excess sugars or fat that my body gains that is over the recommended amount that MFP suggests, even though my net calories is under the line?
Is it bad? good? does not matter in my case?
Would love to hear you guys
