Back again

Hi

I have deciced to come back to MFP after doign weight watchers since Apil. I have done well losing 25lb but over the last 4 weeks i have fit a wall and only lost 1.5lb in that time. Got really dishearten as other people in the class were losing weight and cheating.

I am also in training for a 12k mud run so i do train 5 times a week running, bootcam, spoin, gym...

I am hoping this week i can kick my body in to confusion and lose well.
