6'1, 245lb 27 y/o male from Bristol, UK. Going back to when I was 20 or so I weighed closer to 175-180, and would like to get back close to that if possible (although I would also like to build up a little muscle eventually, so I'd be happy with 200 if I was "fit". I'm not all about the numbers on the scales, but I would like to be able to get back into my 34" jeans and my M/L t-shirts (from 38" and XL), so I'm hoping I stick at it this time compared to my normal "One week and then forget" method. Should be easier to do that this time as am dieting alongside my SO, but it wouldn't hurt to have a few others keeping me motivated etc I imagine!

For clarification, because I hear iffy things about the calorie counts for exercise on MFP, I tend to calculate 60% of the MFP value for my exercise and eat back based on that basis (although I rarely eat back the full amount even then!).

Feel free to add me, diary is public although the meal orders have changed so older entries will probably look weird with dinner and drinks swapped about!
