New to the Boards but not MFP

So I have used MFP for a while off and on. I'm trying to make it more of a habit now to keep myself in check and stay motivated. So a little about myself. I just turned 38 and for some reason I have chosen now to turn my health and fitness habits into the best they can be(fit by 40). I have trained off an on for the past 13 years never making a serious comitment to stick with it. I'm currently enroll in classes to recieve an associates in exercise science. I'm using these classes as the building blocks to my fitness foundation. One can never have enough knowledge to apply to life. Currently I'm around 206 and about 29%BF at 5'11. My goal is to be around 170-175 with about 10-15% BF. I'm currently enrolled in a Nutriton and Personal training coursed for the AS degree. I'm hoping these classes can help educate me on more fundemental steps to becoming a healthier me. I know this will be a tough journey but I have to commit to this not only for myself but for my family. I will try to use a blog to document this journey and progress as time passes and will post a link to that later. Any advice and experieces are welcome.
