Not hungry after working out

I'm usually not hungry after a workout I'm lucky enough to be able to workout in my own home with equipment rather then go to the gym. I'm 20 years old 5ft2 started at 95lbs now around 110 trying to get to 125.

I can take whey but just don't feel hungry after working out. Here my schedule

5am wake up eat breakfast. Which is basically this.

5 Strips of fully cooked bacon in the microwave.

1 Whole wheat bagel with peanut butter.

1 apple or bananas

1 Bowl of Kashi cereal with unsweetened almond milk and Splenda.

Then I wait about an hour then workout.

I lift heavy everyday

But never hungry after my workouts. I shower right after I workout.

What can I do? I know I need food in my body after a workout?

break your breakfast in two. Eat a little something before you workout and then eat the rest later. That is sufficient fuel for a workout. I'd say.

It's perfectly normal to have decreased appetite after a workout.

    Eat when you're hungry.

Since you eat a large breakfast, I wouldn't worry about eating again immediately after your workout. Just get your daily calories in and you'll be fine.
