My motivation, yours?

Hey all, i've been using MFP for some time now. For me, I find it absolutely necessary, in order to reach my goals. I use it more now from a body building standpoint, to both lose and gain weight. During bulking, I was using it to make sure I was hitting my macros each day, and now in cutting, it isn't much different. The only real difference is watching how my body is reacting to the reduced calories, and adjusting as needed. My goal right now is 10% BF. I had bulked to 205, and over 20% bf, and now i've been cutting for almost 2 months, and i'm down to 189. 10% for me is about 170lbs. I figured when I started cutting it was going to take about 6 months, to reach my goal. I want to preserve as much muscle as possible, and so i'm cutting about a pound a week, and haven't lost any strength at this point.

Please feel free to add me if you'd like. I'd also like to hear what your motivation is. I see a lot of people saying they want to lose weight, I'm just really curious as to why people want to lose weight.
