I usually just try and stick to what i know as healthy, but I am wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to lose that last 10 pounds. I feel like it's stuck.

    Make a lot of little changes. Try different foods and exercises. Exercise on different days and at different times. Always do things to keep your body guessing. Never let it predict what you're going to do next. Play around some with how many calories you're eating. Don't focus so much on the scale as you do how you're feeling and how your clothes are fitting. Most importantly, have patience. I'm getting close to those last ten pounds, too. I have 10 to my mini goal and 13 to my final goal. It's going to be hard, but it's possible.
