WHAT I EAT:
Every time I eat or drink, I am either feeding disease or I am fighting it.
If I don’t recognize an ingredient, neither will my body.
Exercise is rewarding my body with endorphins and strength, not punishing it for what I have eaten.
Eat to meet long term goals, not short term satisfaction.
If I do not take time to eat healthy, I will take time to deal with illness later.
Discipline is about choosing what I want most instead of what I want right now.
Avoid foods that have TV commercials.
Fat lasts longer than flavor.
Keep calm and ignore junk food.
Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels.
WHY I EXERCISE:
When I think about quitting, or not working out, remember why I started.
Working out makes me better today than I was yesterday.
I must shape myself into the person I want to be.
My level of success is determined by my level of effort.
Look in the mirror. That is my competition.
Commitment: either you do or you don’t. There is no in-between.
Sore today means stronger tomorrow.
I don’t find time to exercise, I make time to exercise.
Thinking about working out burns zero calories.
That sweat-drenched feeling after a workout: fat crying, liquid awesome, steamy contentment.

I have a wallpaper on my computer that I keep thinking of changing (I'm constantly changing them, I get bored! lol) but them I see it & it motivates me. It's a lone female running after a rain and it says:
