My journey

I am starting this weight loss journey and would like friends as I know it is more motivating when you have support. I am at 340 pounds and 150 is my goal weight, I want to be 140, but when I reach 150 I will be very excited. I have my goal set on here to lose 2 pounds per week, is this even possible? I am struggling every day with exercise but I know if I keep pushing it will get easier, well so I have been told.
