Does anyone know how to or if its possible to add Insanity programme to your exercise routines, or how to go around it when logging.

it's all cardio, therefore you add the time as cardio
there is no way for sure to know how much you burn unless you use a HRM or estimates0 -
I plug in my exercise journal the calories that my heart rate monitor says I burned after each time I do it. Each of the dvd's is different for me.0

IMHO. Get a heart rate monitor. So worth the $$$. You can create an exercise and put in the name of the workout you did, time you exercised, and calories burnt.0

You can log it as "circuit training" if you don't have a heart rate monitor. Do consider getting a HRM though. It's a lot more accurate.0
