This big bump in the road for me is not good. I was doing so well then smack! I let it go I gained 3 pounds over my absence. Having trouble getting back on track. I am the only one in the Family that cares to eat well and everyone else just wants fastfood and chocolate filled snacks. Help me I need some advice on how to fight these cravings that are in my face everyday.

I have started to work on other goals aside from getting fit and healthy and that seems to interfear with everyone elses plans as well. I am starting my classes for my High School Diploma today and I am really nervous. MATH,MATH,MATH, always my biggest problem even befor dropping out of school.

Iam a mom of three, a wife, and student and I could really use some support. Its hard to find in my everyday life maybe my onlife will back me up. Please I could yse some help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cry::frown: :indifferent:

    You can do it!!!

    You don't have to deny yourself the treats all the time. Have a small portion and make sure you count the calories.

    I know how tough it can be juggling everything. I have 2 children and work full time during term time. I am also studying for a degree with the Open University. I really struggle to find time (and energy) to exercise.

    Don't really have words of wisdom for you just take each day at a time. If you have a bad day then just start again the next. That is all we can ever do.
