My addiction is with texture...If it's the perfect combo of sweet/salty and creamy/crunchy, I will eat it until it's gone. Like tuxedo pie, peach dump cake, and Oreo mint chocolate chip ice cream.

I'm the same way. I think about food all the time, and I get obsessed with a craving until I finally give in.

My biggest sin was thinking that some foods deserved to be considered sinful/evil/bad.

Agree. I now realize that there is no 'bad' or 'good' food and I no longer associate an emotion to eating (guilt, shame etc etc). I now have a healthy relationship with food, and one that I will be able to sustain for the rest of my life.

Pizza. It's always pizza. I just can't eat a reasonable amount, and it's becoming increasingly hard to make up for those 2000+-calorie meals.

Twizzlers!!! I'm proud of myself as a couple weeks ago I bought a package and was able to make them last a week whereas my old self would have had them gone in 2 days.....maybe....usually sooner...

Not only is it full of sugar and empty calories, but it is the gateway to SO many more food cravings and zero self control to deal with them. Not to mention the fact that working out with a hangover is just never gonna happen ;P
