According to mine my sleep efficiency is about 45% and I net about 3.8 hours of sleep a night. I know I don't get enough sleep and I spend a lot of time staring at the wall, but I don't remember spending over 4 hours a night laying there awake. I suppose it's possible. I do fit the description of a person with long term sleep deprivation.
I'm also a bit skeptical because these are the same readings I've been getting for almost 3 years now. Can a human being even survive that long with that little sleep?
I'm wondering what kind of sleep readings you get, and if you feel they are accurate.
