Hi all... I'm 33 years old, 5'6" and 209 lbs. I've lost 2 since I started this I come from a family with a history of blood pressure, type 2 diabetes nad some bad habits in general. Also I have a job where I sit behimd a desk most of the time so that doesn't help. My doctor just told me I have 6 months to get my blood pressure back in the "normal" range or he will have to put me on meds and to me that is the last straw. So anyhow here I am. As an additional goal I'm running a 10K at Walt Disney World in January. I ran 2 half marathons last year, got down to ~200 and stopped losing so clearing running is not enough but I'm hoping running plus calorie counting will help!
