Hello everyone. As a child I wished that I could be fit like my friends were. As a adult I still wish that I can be as fit as some people. I'll be honest. I want to lose weight not only to be healthy, but to feel sexy to be able to go shopping, and find clothes with no problem, and not have to ask the associates if they have a shirt in plus size, people keep telling me that my weight is ok becuase of how tall I am, and I would listen to that and think it was ok to be this big, but I don't like that the stomach hangs over my jeans. I like working out, but my issue is that when I start to see results that's when I slack off. I lack discipline, and determination. I want to be fit I just need to learn to keep going once I start
