I wasnt everyone to know that I was ashamed of who I had become but when I look at my before picture and look at my now picture.I say wow who was that person.Dont be ashamed of what you were but be proud of what you have done.If you need a friend I am here and if you need to talk I will listen.Check out my before and now pictures and email me what you think.I am half way to goal and I cant wait until I meet my goal.Hugs to all of you Susan

    Congrats on your weight loss! It's hard to look at those before pictures, but to see the progress is a great feeling! Keep up the great work! Keep pushing yourself each day and you will soon reach your goal!
