Only point I strongly agree with was the new Laura Craft. They made her so weak and opposite of what she was originally.

It was a great article. It would be nice to see more strong female characters in games, or even dudes with some emotions.

I believe the Tomb Raider creator quit after the third game or so when they made her so flirtatious and sexual he felt like it ruined the character.

My own personal anger was at Metroid: Other M.

Samus is *kitten*-kicking, yet they go to a cut scene, take the control out of your hands, and Samus freezes in fear so another character has to save her. It undermines everything she stands for and has stood for for 25 years. Had it not been a cut scene, every single player would have started shooting things in the face, which is what Samus normally would have done.
