ISO Recipes For Homemade Protein Bars w/Fiber

I don't know the name of the post off the top of my head, but if you search for Quest bars you should be able to find a recipe for it. You can add the fructooligosaccharide separately for the fiber content; that's all that recipe lacked.

Here is the post that was in here a few days ago. I haven't tried them yet , but I plan to. I bet if you play around with them a wee bit You could figure out a way to add as much fiber as you want.0

A word of caution about those DIY Quest bars. They are so delicious. They were the beginning of the end of my weight loss. I made them to tempt a picky 4 yr old to gain weight. She didn't like them, but I did! I put the mini chocolate chips in and they tasted just like chocolate chip cookie dough.0

Amusing. It looks like he cooks messy like my husband, so I don't know how tasty they'd be, so I figured I'd get some recipes on here. :laugh:0
