Hi all. Im back again after joining my fitness pal in June and lost a bit of weight but went back to having junk days then days where i was being healthy and exercising, So i havent really put any weight on but still around the same weight as I was in June I am going on Holidays in September now and really want to give this a good go but its so hard any help off people or any ideas on how to keep on track
