I really want to make a dessert for after dinner tonight, but I'm limited on what I have in my cupboards, and I really don't want to go out!

I'm hoping to find something that uses golden syrup and apples, but I'd love some more dessert recipes if you want to share. I have eggs, milk, splenda, brown sugar, flour, lemons and most of the other basics (no white sugar though, so bonus points if splenda can be subbed =P) More bonus points if it can be smothered in custard. It's a special treat for the hubby, so it doesn't have to be low cal, but low cal delish treats are always welcome!
