Anybody have good tips to get off those last 15-20 pounds?

Hi, all: I have about 15-20 pounds left to lose. Anybody have any good tips to get those last 15-20 off?
Here is what I do:
1. Drink lots of water.
2. Circuit training and cardio 3-5 days a week. A total of an hour or hour and a half.
3. Lower carb and high protein. Not too low of carb diet though.
Any help is appreciated!

    Eat at a calorie deficit with a goal of no more than 1 pound, .5 pound would be better, per week.
