First time Mom-- Body Beast Starting Monday!!!

Hi everyone. I had my first son in June and since then I have lost about 15 pounds on my own (35 since his birth).
I've heard that weight training burns more calories for women than cardio, so I'm going to be doing Body Beast with my husband. :D

Anyone else with me?
I graduate college in May and want to lose about 65 pounds before then :)

    I think it all depends on your body type, althouogh weight training should help you gain muscle and look better. I personally did not lose weight until I upped my cardio in addition to weight routine.

    Just need to realize that you may add muscle and burn fat so if you're weighing in there may be no difference on the scales. Huge benefit is if you add what 20lbs of muscle in 90 days which is a very huge promise that 20lbs is gonna burn all kinds of calories for you every day.
