Hi. I'm just about to start trying to lose a minimum of about 7.5st (105lbs). I'm 23 years old and starting the final year of my degree at the same time which is going to be pretty hectic. This along with planned surgery (unrelated to my weight) and the following rehab means exercise over the next few months could be very difficult to do and I'll be relying heavily on improving my diet for the forseeable future.

I was wondering if anybody out there with a similar amount of weight to lose would want to form a group of some kind to share recipes & meal ideas as well as to keep eachother interested and motivated on what is sure to be a fairly lengthy process.
