Ex-Football player getting back in shape

I played football in high school until my senior year, I was in pretty good shape, but I got lazy. I shot up to 226, and while content, wasn't really happy with my body.
End of my sophomore year of college, I looked in the mirror, and it looked like i was wearing a fat t-shirt. I hated it. That self loathing, in combination with my Dad kicking his own *kitten* and getting in shape in his mid-40s, I decided it was time for a change. So over the summer, I started vaguely watching my calorie intake, and RUNNING MY *kitten* OFF. By mid-July, I was up to 6.5 miles nightly, I was around 185 at that point.
Around that time, a combination of work tiring me out and other factors got me to stop running, but I started keto, that got me down to around 176.
Now though, I downloaded myfitnesspal and started diligently watching my calorie intake, and now I'm down to 169! Still look to shred myself up some, so I'm still on the way. But that's me! Glad to be here!
