Hey MFP's,
I just went healthy food shopping and i heard about Activia and the benefits with it and it regulating the digestive system! Believe me, i know that this would work... but how about for dieting? i just ate my first one and it was YUMMY! There smaller than i though, but eating it slow help me savor it more thinking i'm eating a larger container. Has anyone had any success with the benefits with Activia and or dieting with Activia Light FatFree?
Thanks!!

As for the digestive benefits, it's helped me greatly! But I am also new at using it while dieting. I haven't had much trouble staying under my allowed calories with it included in my diet. I think the digestive benefit of it supercedes any calories it may add to my daily diet.
Hope that helps some.0 -
i myself am hooked on the yoplait fiber one yogurts. i sprinkle them with a dusting of grape nuts for crunch and at about 70 claories it is an awesome healthy snack with protein and fiber. because i am on a high fiber diet anyway, i have no problems with regularity at all.0

Greek or plain yogurt - add fruit and 1 T of ground flax seed.
Activia, IMO, is a really poor marketing gimmick and contains entirely too much added sugar.0 -

Totally agree on both points.
but remember it's not a diet, but a whole lifestyle change...0 -

i wasnt talking aout dieting with them only, but as a part of the "activia challenge" to regulate it. Ive been counting calories for a week now and my body isnt used it it so i guess... im irregular... so i meant with the procedure of starting to eat better and whatnot! thanks for the opinions! keep it up!!0
